Helping Accountants Grow Their Business. (Click to find out how)
Kevin Whitehouse has run his accountancy firm Prime Entry since 1991 and is now also mentoring other accountants on how to run their practice with less stress, more profits and if they want, less time input.
He has been through the good, the bad, and the ugly of being a practice owner; the late nights, the stressful clients, the deadline pressure, but he found new ways of doing all this, using technology from industry leaders like Iris, building systems and processes to ensure he gets the very best out of every piece of technology and a change of thinking.
This has all resulted in minimal time in the office, remote staff and a business that never runs to other people deadlines or their stresses.
Kevin has co-presented on the Iris roadshows, spoken at many other events and he is the author of Money Talks - So Why Aren’t You Listening?
He lives in Dorset with the gorgeous Vicki, they have 4 grown-up children, and a dog called Eddie.
