What IRIS Keytime says

Keytime Accounts Production is a straightforward and easy-to-use solution for producing and filing final and statutory accounts. It is aimed at the small practitioner and compliance is automatic. The product features iXBRL-tagged templates for a range of small entity types, including a standalone charity template. There is a range of output options available and the ability to upload accounts and reports to our IRIS OpenSpace secure document portal for client approval.

Accounts production is part of the Keytime Accountants’ Suite and integrates with other modules in the range, removing the need for additional set ups and re-keying of data.

What AccountingWEB says

Keytime is one of many successful products that subsequently found its way into the IRIS stable. As the main IRIS suite has evolved upmarket in terms of functionality and price, Keytime has taken on a renewed lease of life in the past couple of years as a lower cost alternative within the IRIS product stable.

Keytime has a Windows-like interface that has something of a retro look in the age of cloud software, but don’t let graphical fashions fool you – there is a lot of solid functionality in those menus, including a Communication tab – a client contact tracker that can handle CRM tasks and reporting for smaller firms.
