It is very intuitive to use which makes it very simple to use.
What would you change?
The print facility just assumes you want to use the last printer you used. If I want to choose which printer I want to use I have to press Control + P.

Cost effective for a small practitioner. Easy to use. Quick to use.

It would be great to be able to design payslip.

Able to do everything needed without it being expensive.

Make it online, though I have sorted out my own way to make it cloud based as it is the one thing I tend to still need when I go on holiday!
