What AccountingWEB says

In its prime, Keytime was a pioneer of client relationship management and message tracking within a low cost, integrated suite. The communications module is still there as a £245 optional extra per year along with a £597 company secretarial module, but as part of IRIS, Keytime has struggled to expand in the small business segment dominated by BTCSoftware and TaxCalc.

The Windows-based Keytime offering is as capable as ever, but is beginning to look old fashioned compared to cheaper cloud alternatives. However fashion doesn’t count for much among Keytime’s loyal followers on AccountingWEB, who consistently praise the quality of care they get from Keytime’s Oldham-based team. If the product does what they want for a reasonable cost, why bother to change?
