Starting from a slick home-page dashboard, Senta gives the impression of being a very well engineered piece of code and the feeling continues as you delve into a collection of features that cater effectively for the needs of most accounting practices.

A sign of its quality is that even with a lot of power under its bonnet, Senta is easy to use. The dashboard has a clean, adaptable layout featuring user-configurable widgets, while the main client list includes pull-down options to filter different types of client and outstanding tasks.

The application’s foundation is a customisable workflow scheduling engine that links to lightweight, but functional CRM and marketing tools. Senta plugs into the practice’s existing email programs to show messages to and from clients by all colleagues in the practice in one combined view. The integration extends to most cloud bookkeeping platforms, data management tools such as Zapier and agencies such as The Pensions Regulator and Companies House.

What do you like?

Straightforward to use, easily customisable without getting external consultants in and the support team go above and beyond to help. The contuining additions and development to offer new features without increasing price is impressive.

Every change we have requested has either been delivered or is currently being worked on.
