What would you change?
Make updates easier - for some reason, I end up updating several times before the update sticks. Could be just me...

What do you like?
Easy to use and questions are answered promptly.
What would you change?
I think with all providers there is an issue with support in that they are not tax experts whilst the client is not an IT specialist!

What do you like?
Access to swift assistance at provider.
What would you change?
I would decouple the submission program, allowing direct access, rather than having to effectively prepare the tax comp using it. This is how it originally 'worked'.
