Elton John was not libelled by the Times articles he claimed falsely associated him with an "immoral" tax avoidance scheme, the High Court has ruled.
The articles published in June said Patrick McKenna, chief executive of Ingenious media, was Sir Elton's former accountant. They also implied he had been advised to engage in tax avoidance through the use of film finance partnerships.
