HMRC making progress on 03 numbers says NAO

HMRC has made good progress in times of austerity by migrating its busier higher rate phone lines from 0845 to 03, according to a report by the National Audit Office (NAO). 

In March 2013, the report found that HMRC was one of two government departments with the most highest rate numbers; but that has since been reduced.
