What's a technical recession? Ah yes 6 months of downhill. I can do forecasts that show we won't be going downhill for 6 months, so can a lot of Auditors.

I can't see if Mr Hunt has done anything to remedy the injustice with Child Benefit where if one partner has an income in excess of £50,000 the HICB charge applies, while two partners earning nearly £100,000 but neither earning over £50,000 escape the charge. Clearly inequitable.
