Norwegian reporting, consolidation and budgeting software developer OneStop Reporting is coming to the UK with a tool to help Sage 50, Xero and QuickBooks users extract more value from their core accounts.
OneStop Reporting started life as an on-premise (desktop) version for enterprise business customers. It supports the Visma system popular in Scandinavia as well as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics accounting programs.
The developer is now planning to a move into the accountancy practice market with a cloud edition that pulls in data from Sage 50, Xero and QuickBooks Online.
At the core of the application is a flexible Excel report designer, designed for “heavy duty” consolidation and budgeting, with capabilities to build cash flow forecast up to five years, said founder Morten Tonsberg.
“Because we are Excel-based, our solution is customisable for all reports and budget formulas,” he added.
Described as a “complete BI solution”, the OneStop suite includes modules for reporting, budgeting and analysis. The OSR Portal brings these elements together into an online dashboard environment that the user can configure to present their key figures, and access via a mobile app.
For budgeting, the spreadsheet forms can write back to the ERP or accounting system to smooth the data collection workflow.
According to Tonsberg, OneStop already has roughly 60 UK and Irish customers and will be scaling up its UK efforts during 2017-18.
