Pandle announces new messaging centre
Pandle has announced the launch of Pandle Pro's new messaging centre that allows for a more efficient collaboration between accountants and their clients. With the messaging centre, all communications can be handled within the app itself, so that users don’t need to switch to email or video conferencing software to speak with clients.
Pandle has designed the messaging centre following the preferences of younger clients, who prefer instant messaging over phone calls.
In the coming months, Pandle plans to add a transaction tagging feature to allow clients and accountants to tag each other in a message regarding a transaction. The centre will also offer a screen sharing option and the possibility to upload files, images and screenshots directly into the messages.
