The last 12 months have seen a huge rise in the number of accounting firms adopting cloud tools, in part thanks to the government's digital taxation drive and also due to the perceived productivity gains offered by such products.
However, due to this mass adoption, can a firm really call itself innovative just because it uses cloud tools?
