Armstrong Consultants achieve top 20 in Sunday Times award

Software developer and reseller Armstrong Consultants has ranked 17th in the 'Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For' 2007 list. Lucie Benson reports.

The list is formed following a comprehensive survey of employee opinion, and takes into account the views of nearly 30,000 employees from 348 SMEs. The questionnaire assesses staff opinion on factors such as leadership, training, work/life balance and personal growth opportunities.

Armstrong was commended for retaining a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, with results from the survey showing that 85% of staff felt they could talk openly and honestly with senior managers and 89% have confidence in the senior management team of six directors.

The organisation was established in 1993 and has offices in the north and south of England....

Congratulations to a great team
I have had such good reports on the work that Armstrong Consultants have done for customers from my many contacts in firms of accountants, that it does not surprise me that underlying this expertise must be a vibrant and cohesive team.
