We've moved from actual royalty to tv royalty this week as the king of family entertainment Bruce Forsythe, and the prince of puns Ronnie Corbett got up close and personal for this photo op at a party for Jimmy Tarbuck in London this week.

The bash, held at Langan's Brasserie, was attended by a host of stars including Bobby Charlton, Kevin Keegan and tv presenter Liza Tarbuck - but old Brucie gave us the biggest chortle of the night when he attempted to sniff Ronnie's buttonhole.

And the winner is....Democratus, who posted:

"After only the first 35 minutes of one of his famous monologues Ronnie suddenly notices that Brucie has fallen asleep. Bless!"

Brucie's eye sight is deteriorating

Brucie is a little confused and shows off his new guide dog, however Ronnie looks worried when Brucie states "who's a good boy, you deserve a bone!".
