We’ve teamed up with the Geoff Thomas Foundation to bring you lucky AccountingWEB.co.uk members the chance to bid on some highly sought-after sporting merchandise and a raft of top-class premiership and world cup match hospitality tickets in our online auction.

The money raised will go towards the GTF’s ongoing battle to ensure that people with certain types of cancer can get access to the latest drugs. Former England footballer Geoff Thomas' career spanned almost 20 years and over 80 goals. He was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukaemia in 2003.  His life was saved by a bone marrow transplant from his sister.  Since recovering from his illness, Geoff has dedicated his life to raising money to fund blood cancer treatment.

In order to raise some cash for his charity, we will be auctioning some bed-wettingly amazing items over the next two weeks, many of which you may never have the opportunity to get your mitts on ever again.

Here are the first two items on the auction list. We will be adding more as the auction continues. This is a blind auction and bidding will close on 4 september at 16:00. Please email your bids using the boxes below.

International Game Mascot Opportunity
This is a chance for one lucky child to be the away mascot at the England v Belarus game at Wembley on Wednesday 14th October 2009. Included in the package is a full away team kit, refreshments and 3 tickets for the game.

Signed England '66 shirt
Will we ever equal the achievement of 1966? Who knows, best to be on the safe side and snap up this slice of English footballing history, with all signatures bar Bobby Moore and Bobby Charlton. The frame also includes two commemorative pictures and is signed by the late, great Alan Ball. Certificate of authenticity is included.
