Online dashboard platform 9 Spokes has added Expensify to its portfolio of associated apps.
Cloud-based receipt and expense management solution Expensify has passed the 9 Spokes qualification process and is now featured as one of the apps available in the 9 Spokes data dashboard marketplace.
9 Spokes is a free dashboard that draws data from a collection of business apps to present visual displays of key business indicators such as cash flow, sales figures, marketing effectiveness and people measures.
The cloud-based dashboard links to multiple apps to provide real-time progress reports. Alongside Expensify, the 9 Spokes dashboard can be personalised with apps such as QuickBooks, Sage One, Google Analytics or social media platforms for businesses.
All the apps are added to a single page overview of key metrics, fitting into an environment designed to provide accountants with the insight and data they need to support the advisory relationships of accountants with their clients.
Real time expenses management
The new Expensify widget (above) lets users manage their expenses from the 9 Spokes dashboard to streamline reporting and accounting processes.
Connecting an Expensify account to 9 Spokes will let managers view expense reports awaiting approval, sorted in date order, and a summary of the top expense categories by value.
As 9 Spokes recent explained on the industry insights page, the data dashboard gives access to data that “was previously only available to enterprise and corporate-sized businesses”.
