BTCSoftware adds FreeAgent integration
BTCSoftware has added FreeAgent as an integrated trial balance feed for its accounts production application.
As part of an increasingly open stance since launching its BTCHub platform last year, the developer has added integrations for Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent alongside existing links for Sage Accounting and Reckon One. The links extract a trial balance from the bookkeeping software and can export any journals back to the nominal ledger, said a BTCSoftware announcement last week.
BTCSoftware said it was building integrations for company secretarial applications and that other bookkeeping systems were always being considered following user feedback.

Upcoming developments will focus on cross border payments, instant settlement and reducing failure rates.
The new running balances feature will now be available in all accounts within Pandle. The balance will appear next to the rest of the financial information of each account, which can be accessed from the 'Enter Transactions' screen.
